In my role as a REALTOR®, I have the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers throughout every step of the real estate process.
This doesn't mean that I'm going to throw a sign in your front yard and wait to get paid.
It means that I am going to develop, execute, and manage a creative marketing strategy for each unique property. Even if it requires negotiating until 3 a.m. to get the deal done. Sometimes it involves dusting off the power drill to get a home ready for the market, or spending a sunny afternoon in an attic with an inspector to see why the downstairs fan doesn't work.
I didn't become a Realtor for overnight riches. I did it because it's what I feel like I was born to do. I also enjoy the time and oportunity it gives me to be a part of my local community, but most of all I just love working with clients to get them what they want.

I really do feel that there has never been a better time to be in real estate, and I'm loving every minute of it. Sure the market is a little tough. It just means I have to work smarter, harder, and better than before, and that is what i will do.
